    Hi, the current theme was damaged, I tried to import a new one but it was duplicated, I tried a plugin to reset the database and wordpress but it did not work, what should I do to re-import a theme and that the information is not duplicated and what should I do to solve the current issue thanks?

    Perhaps you imported twice so the content was duplicated.
    I would like to help you to re-install the theme with the homepage you want. If you have anything that needs to backup, please do this then let me know. I will reset your entire site and re-import from scratch

    When resetting your site to the default, then it will automatically get the twenty theme to be the default.
    However, this theme does not work on your site. We do not have permission to upload (in FTP account). So please download the new default theme here: https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwenty/ and upload it again for your site then let me know. Please make sure that we can reach into everywhere of your site and FTP account. If you block something, it will be difficult to support

    Hi the user and the FTP connection password was changed, I tested the connection and it worked for me, keep in mind that the connection is SFTP which must select that connection mode, I appreciate your help with theme, it was already copied in the https folder : //wordpress.org/themes/twentytwenty/ the Armania.zip file and the Armania folder which are the unzipped files, if for some reason you cannot enter, could you explain the procedure to solve it?     yes, I mean your FTP is correct because I still could reach into this. However, I could not upload the new default theme (the twenty-twenty theme) via FTP for you (You may block the uploading permission. The twenty-twenty theme on your site was not working so you should replace it by another one.

    Additionally copy the theme.zip in the folder theme / twentytwenty / thanks.
