Here: https://prnt.sc/udjscd. It is because you are using the menu to build. There is no link for your language page.
This is the menu you built: https://prnt.sc/udjzm3. If you want to use the multi-languages, you have to use the plugin WPML
And, you can select the language that has the RTL version, it will show
