Hi
I need to be updated by yo, if there is update for the theme KuteShop and for WPBakery Page Builder. (I can not install update)
And please check if something other should be fixed.

Hi @Krisatomem,

The latest version of the theme is 3.7.0 and the latest version of the plugin WPBakery is 6.3.0.
In order to:
- Update the theme: Please go to Themeforest then download the latest version of this theme and update for your site
- Update the plugin: Follow these steps:
+ Deactivate plugin
+ Delete the plugin
+ Re-install this required plugin
Then you will get the latest versions

Hi, thank you for the steps for update, but when I have problems with the theme installation you make the install. So it will be nice to make this update for me please. I'm little confused with deactivation plugins and other stuff.....

I updated the plugin for you and now it is working with the latest version: https://prnt.sc/u8vead
In order to update the theme, you can do the same:
- Deactivate the current theme and activate the default theme
- Delete the current Kuteshio theme
- Upload and activate the latest version of the theme.
Because I don't know if you have any changes or customizes on your site or not. Just do as my guideline.
