We would like to help you to install this theme again.
I see that you uploaded your own data, contents (such as products, posts, images,...)
So please backup all, we will reset and reinstall from scratch.

Let me know your intention.

Ok I'd backup everything and reinstall WordPress, woocommerce and your template following your instructions but it failed to download all the demo files. Everything has been deleted again and the only thing installed is WordPress and Woocommerce. Please upload the Face Masks template for me as soon as possible. Please tell me show me how you do it too, just in case I want to change to a different template in the future. I get stuck after clicking =tool>import>run WordPress import".

It's done for you. Pls check your site again. And please note that: Don't update the Elementor 3.0.0
It has the error with this version
