    Urgent Matter on Product Uploading Issue

    Hiya,
    i have made a new Product category https://www.libasejamila.com/category/ready-made-suits/ ( Ready Made Suits ) when i add a product it gives an error. There are 2 products i have added it you can check. Click that product it says ( Critical error ) ( debugging in wordpress) also header not working and even menu button I have added Products perfectly you can check. Can You please check why i am facing this issue. Please see two images added showing error in Products of Ready made suits. Please see FTP and Login details in Secret information. Regards

    Hiya what i realise is Main Product images are not showing but secondary are in all Products i.e shop and categories too i dont understand the issue kindly fix as i have a eCommerce site this will create a big issue. https://www.libasejamila.com/shop/

    When i disable Ovic Add on Tool Kit then Main Product image works fine but i loose all the theme setting i deleted Ovic Add on Tool Kit and reinstalled doesnt fixed my issue. Please check as i have given FTP account in secret information.Check attached images.

    Kindly check both FTP Account and Cpanel Account in secret information. Ask your coder to check on urgent basis as its a Ecommerce site. And website is running too slow after this isue.

    Still waiting for your coder to sort out the Products Images. its Over 24 Hours and Website is running without image is not a good sign at all so please sort it out asap i will really appreciate it. Shared FTP and Admin details in secret information.

    Excuse me, don't you see my reply? I already replied to you 15 hours ago and I was asking for the FTP account so that my coder would check the problem with Main Product images for you.

    Thanks Yame i think the coder or kutetheme update The Ovic Toolkit Plugin today Which i did Update to Plugin on wordpress... now main images are showing of Products so all works fine.
