CANNOT EDIT PAGES

Hi there,I have just purchased your theme which I noticed requires WP Bakery to work. I have installed this plug-in as required, however I am unable to edit any pages as a blank screen appears when the edit pop ups appear for each feature I want to add. Please advise me what needs to be done as I will need a refund if the issue is not rectified quickly.

Could you please provide me your admin + FTP account?
And take the screenshot for your issue, I would like to check your site then will give you the correct answer
