How can edit the header

Hello, I want to eliminate the top bar, where it says hello user, I want to pass it to the main bar, with css code disable an option that said Menu, on the right side of the logo, but I would like that this menu is not there, I also want to pass the username next to the shopping cart and move the shopping cart and wish list icons attached to the search bar. Can you help me with this?
