Mega Menu Problem

Hi!

I got a problem with megamenu. I created my menu and design mega menu but it is not displaying correctly, please check the attached images.
What is the problem?

Besides that, How should I proceed to ask for a custom modification? I have created an offer 5 days ago but noone has replied. I don't know if I did the right way. Offer is here (https://support.kutethemes.com/offer/show-offer/1195).

I got your issue. I sent it to my coder and he will check for you. I re-built another one for you but it still shows incorrectly

My coder said that you should update this file in the theme: framework/function-theme.php
You can provide us your FTP account then we will update for you. If not, you can do it by yourself.
Check the attached file below and update

No one is replying? Did I make something wrong when creating it? Should I pay in advance? (makes no sense because the customization agent must give me a budget). Should I create a new customization offer or keep on waiting?

Thanks!!!! It looks great but there is some small issue. If you go to any shop including AJAX filter in the sidebar the filter fields always overlays the menu and hide some parts.

You can add this css:

.berocket_single_filter_widget .select2-container{ z-index: 5; }

It will solve your problem :)
