Please activate this theme

Hi, I have just got this message today in my WP Control panel (pic attached), can you let me know why it is asking this when I already have the theme installed and working, will I loose my site if i activate?

Hi @danjocar,

This message is to ask you to activate the theme when you already purchased the theme. This is just the way that we control all the customers if they purchase this theme or not. It will affect anything to your site. But please activate the theme when you use it
