Hi @getupsolutions,

This is not the bug. We don't have the style to show products (when hovering) on the mini cart on the cart page and checkout page.
Also in the demo, you will see this. Hope you understand for this

I want to add the URL of the cart in the bag icon
currently, if we click on the bag icon it is reloading the page

It just about the cache. I cleared cache on your site and now it directs to the Cart page when you click to the cart icon.
Pls clear the cache of your site and browser and check again
