    Hi,

    I have installed your theme on http://petpallay.com/shop and want to move to http://petpallay.com but due to multisite issue; I am unable to do it.

    Now, I have installed your code at https://petpallay.com/new/. But, it is not correctly working and I am thinking that it is some meta data issue.
    I want this like following theme 2.

    https://kuteshop.kute-themes.net/home-02/

    I would appreciate a lot if you do it as I already suffered a lot due to multisite code issue.

    Hi @05ubaid,

    We are willing to help our customers to install the theme.
    However, we will just support one domain for a client. If you want us to help you install the theme on the domain: https://petpallay.com/new, so please make sure that the theme will not run on this domain anymore: http://petpallay.com. And from now, when we install the theme on .../new, we will just support this domain only.

    Please check again and let me know your intention

    Dear,

    I told you that I am facing issues due to multisite so I cannot install directly theme on petpallay.com as I have data which exist at petpallay.com which I want to move after your installation.

    I am just installing theme on petpallay.com/new as I just want to move to petpallay.com after installation.

    I am well confident that you will understand my issue and will install theme at petpallay.com/new which i a temporary url.

    Kindly do it as a favor and after understanding my issue.
