    I got the answer:

    It may be because the content on the homepage of your site is too large so your hosting cannot load the Customize. If you go to the other pages and edit with Customize, it is better because the content is not heavy. For example, the Shop page: https://prnt.sc/tqf959

    So you can contact to your hosting to get support. Thank you!
