Website Contents Losts!

In other not to tamper with my main website: ofadana.com , I set up a staging website[ofadana.com/staging] so as to enable me install a new theme[Turan]. I have installed this theme and now I cant find any content that was previously on my main site. Products, pages,posts,categories,menu etc are all lost. I saw something about uninstalling sample data when I was importing the MAIN DEMO, but I wonder how to go about all these because I cant seem to find where to uninstall sample data - are they really even my problem? [I mean the sample data]. Please what should I do to get back all my contents on my original site?

Hi @Ofadana,

Do you mean that you already uploaded your own data (such as pages, products, images, posts, ...) and when you installed + imported the demo data, you did not see your own content anymore, right?
It's true because when you import the demo data, all your own will overwritten. Your site will get the content and data from the demo site.
So if you have the backup package, you can upload it again. Otherwise, you have to build again
