I tried to translate the search bar with loco translate, but even translated the words appear in the same language...
I need that part in the picture attached to be translated to Serbian language...

Could you please provide me your FTP account? My coder will check the issue in code if needed. Maybe your translation file was changed
I also provided your admin account to him.

My coder said that you had modified the file: language/kuteshop.pot in the theme: https://prnt.sc/tlr0fb
(you just modified yesterday: https://prnt.sc/tlr0qg)
So, you should update again the theme so that this file will return to the original and you can translate again in Loco > themes
