The latest version of the theme is 1.1.3. You are using a lower version. So you don't have this homepage.
Please update your theme to the latest version then build this homepage with adding default template: https://prnt.sc/tnmiuf

thank you, but still i can not find the used slider of home 13 inside sample data folder

I imported again for you. Now if you want to use the Home 13, you can select here: https://prnt.sc/tsxysu and configure again the page.
