    Pls check again your hosting. Please provide me your ftp account also then my coder will also check for you

    - Text "Remove": You can use css to change:
    .woocommerce-cart-form .shop_table .product-remove a::before {
    content: 'Remove';
    }
    - Texts in add to cart popup: Translate in plugin Toolkit

    About the error in Loco, it is because you do not provide us the permission to translate texts in Loco
    So please check your site again
