my site header is not working on the subpage & how to change the home page header. as well as is it possible to Customize header like footer builder

Hi @buddhiprasan,

This is the header you select in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/tgu65p
If you want this header to show on every page, you should disable the Meta Box in Custom Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/tgudiu
You can edit the page and disable this mode
