themes problem with problem with plugin facebook for woocommerce

Hi i have installer facebook for woocommerce plugin on my themes and i have some problem as its taking 4 to 5 min to open and when its open i keep losing connection and that also make my website slow down .

I have try the plugin on my second website on brotherhood theme and it's working .

Can yo please have a look as its urgent .

Hi @wongef100,

My coder also checked this issue.
We just develop the appearance of this theme basing on the default template of WP and Woo.
We will just support for all included plugins in the theme. This is the third-party plugin, we do not support it. Please contact the author of this plugin to get the support.
