    Hi @gomaagencialatam,

    On the mobile version, there will have some elements that you need to modify in back-end to make sure that it can display correctly.
    If you see any disagreement, please take the screenshots and provide me your admin + ftp account, we will check and give you the correct answer to solve it

    lamentablemente no puedo entregarle ningún acceso a la cuenta de instalación le pediría que simplemente me pase la documentación para poder hacerlo directamente yo desde el lado de backend, cual es el problema de que lo haga yo misma?
    En la carga de la página en dispositivos móviles no se muestra las modificaciones hechas a la plantilla.
    Le pido directamente la documentación de la plantilla pero la necesito que me la envíe rápidamente, la plantilla al momento de comprarla incluía videos y documentación. necesito me de acceso a los 2 tanto videos como documentación.

    unfortunately I can not give you any access to the installation account, I would ask you to simply pass the documentation to me to be able to do it directly from the backend side, what is the problem that I do it myself?
    Loading the page on mobile devices does not show the modifications made to the template.
    I ask directly for the template documentation but I need it to send it to me quickly, the template at the time of purchase included videos and documentation. I need access to both videos and documentation.

    However, I would like to notice you that the theme is still working well on the demo theme and other client's sites. There are some different reasons that leading to un-able installing the theme (the hosting does not support to extract files; or the memory of hosting is not enought, ...) So, just refer to the document. If you still do not install the theme, pls let me know

    I really see your lack of interest in helping me, and being proactive in showing me the documentation, give me access to the installation videos and detailed documentation on how to use your template.
    I would like to remind you to give me access to the videos they promised when buying the template to see its use.
    If you cannot pass these videos to me, I need the information on how to request my refund on the amount paid by the template.
