Theme only seems to be the home page "Pets"

Hi There,
Maybe I did not understand what I was buying, but unlike other themes the central theme does not apply to any additional pages, such as -
About us
Contact us
Services
Testimonials
etc
Have I miss understood the intention of this theme and that is was always only ever really home page only (although to be fair some product pages do theme but not all)
