No encuentro la forma de instalar los temas de demostración y me sale que la plantilla esta desactualizada

He intentado seguir los pasos para instalar, y me esta presentando problemas al instalar las plantillas de demostración y su contenido. Puesto que los archivos .xml no cargan. Podrían guiarme por favor, específicamente compre esta plantilla por un tema que necesitaba pero solo me aparece 1 tema por defecto. Por cierto cuando intento instalar WooCommerce me sale que mi plantilla esta desactualizada. Gracias

Hola muchas gracias por responder. Al referirse mi cuenta de administración se refiere a mis Hosting + mi SFTP de wordpress verdad?

Perfecto le mandare mis datos. Ahora tengo unas acotaciones, tengo entendido que este tema cuenta con el archivo xml para que se pueda importar los demas temas demo. Pero por que ya no hay como en techstore que solo tenias que instalar un plugin llamado "Techstore importer". Sería mas factible. Por otro lado esta genial el tema y agradezco el soporte.
