    Ocolus Newsletter Shortcode

    Hello,
    we are using Ocolus newsletter shortcode in homepage through MC4WP Plugin.

    Does the theme makes any modification to the MC4WP plugin? Because we have an API Key error.

    If I try to connect via API via SSH, the request is working. If I add the API Key to the MC4WP plugin, then the API key is not working.

    At the time my coder checked for you, he see that you did not use MC4WP: https://prnt.sc/tc0y3f
    And in your homepage, you were not using shortcode Ocolus: Newsletter: https://prnt.sc/tc0yl9 You used HTML and .js to write.
    So, do you want us to activate again WC4WP and check, or you build your site by yourself and check it?

    Hello,
    we disabled the plugin because it was not collecting the e-mail. So we replaced it with a temporary Mailchimp Form.

    Please, do the following:
    - login into the site
    - activate the plugin
    - create a NEW PAGE and insert the shortcode
    - then check the problem with the plugin and API Key

    the contact is not sent to the Mailchimp list.

    Please login into the site and go to MC4WP > Mailchimp and check the API Key status: http://prntscr.com/ti2340
