Unable to download theme - Error message from WP

Hi Guys,

When I try to add the Armania theme I get the following user error -

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Return to Plugin Installer

Could you please provide me your admin account? I will check and help you to re-install the theme

Hello there I provided everything yesterday - I gave you the following -

1 - My Siteground host login information

2 - My Wp admin login information

3 - I also provided the theme I was interested I was in

These questions have already heen answered, why am I having to repeat myself???

NB - these are my account details for Envato if this is what you mean (as unsure from your message) as below

I see that you are using another theme. So can I reset your entire site and re-install the Armania theme from scratch?

We found that you also uploaded your own products. So when we import the demo content of Armania theme, all your products will be overwritten. Are you sure? Do you need to backup anything? Pls confirm then I will do the task right now for you.

Backups have been taken and yes please download the new theme "pets" is the one I am interested, I appreciaet that I will need to rebuild
