    Oh, it seems that you do not provide me the full permission in your Dashboard site.
    So:
    - Remove banner in Shop page: Please disable in Theme Options > Woo > Shop Gallery: https://prnt.sc/t7dd0q
    - You have to check Footer in Theme Options > Footer: https://prnt.sc/t7de8e, then go to Footer Builder, select the builder you choose, edit it and you are able to edit your information: https://prnt.sc/t7dezl

    2. Change some info in Footer: You are using this Footer: https://prnt.sc/t900td So please go to Footer Builder > select to edit for this Footer: https://prnt.sc/t9019b and change the info you want

    Pls check your site again with my guideline

    Thank you for the help!

    I found out where the photo is in the store. However I do not know where to delete the 3 boxes. I had the three deleted on the home page, and it looks like somehow they re-appeared once you took a look.

    I would like to delete these on all pages please. Thanks!
