    Hi

    i recently purchased your theme from themeforest and with support for 6 months

    i have alot of questions and i searched in your website support page but your website don't allow me to view the topics !!

    it says "You do not have permission to view this page" i added the purchase code but also nothing change why !!

    Hi @mafuo96,

    It means that when you purchased Kuteshop theme, you are just allowed to see the ticket of Kuteshop theme.
    You are not allowed to see the tickets of other themes.
