Refund request

Hi, I purchased your theme today for a client project, no issue with your theme but not what the client looking for at the moment. In that sense, I would like to request a refund since I'm working on a budget for the client. I would really appreciate your help with this.

We are sorry to hear about that. But we just let the clients submit a refund request if there is any bug from the theme and we cannot fix it.
So hope you will understand for this.
If you need any support, please submit a ticket and provide your admin + ftp account, we will check for you
