HELP SUPER URGENT URGENT ?????

I attach two images when I add the product they notify me where it shows the notice but I can't find where to change the language in Spanish that is so terrible very disappointed because although the Loco Translation plugins are not translated 100% forget that because some English are not working well but I can't find where to change this language please help.

It locates me where you can change this language where the screenshot is
