Excuse me, I don't get what you want exactly.
You can take the screenshot for the menu items you want to change. And do you want to change for the Mobile version only?

Because the menu needs to be configured and displayed the same in all devices. Then you can go to Appearance > Menus then select the Menu items you want to change.
So you can provide me your admin account, screenshot to describe clearly your issue then I will give you the correct answer
