footer builder - headers - viewing help on this site

I have a few issues: If you can help, thank you.
1. The VC is working on all pages expect on the footer builders - why is this? and how can i get it to work there?
2. Headers- The theme options do not see to work when i add a logo, it does not change on any of the headers? do i have to go and change every header by adding the logo in the options at the bottom. why wont it read it of the theme option?
3. I have added my purchase code but i can not view the help on this site. do i have to wait a while? it keeps asking me to add the purchase code, then confirming it is successfully but then ask again.
