checkout not working fine

since installing this supershop theme having issue with checkout,
they did downgrade my php on server to recover this, but not good to do so as i have other sites on this server, even tho i did not got mail notif fir purhcase order.

Hi,

We took a look at your site again.
Last time we informed you that we already tested with the default template and we also did not get the return email.
It means that the problem does not belong to the Supershop theme. We are willing to support and fix all the problems related to the theme.

So, please make sure that you understand the issue (even when you informed me that once you got the email, we did not do anything that time)

yes we do received notif when you were trying by your side, but for us it doesnt works..
and the PHP version is causing me problem as we have other sites running on the server..

Prestashop doesn't have this problem by their side, its upon installation of the theme which causes this checkout problem.

for prestashop the latest version of php working fine on other sites.

seem the problem is with the installation of supershop
i already tell you if you have to reinstall it do it please,

i want the theme ready with no problem..
do what need to do even to re-install it so that we can have the checkout page ready, and notification working

thanks to deal with it quickly as it has been months that this problem is not solved.

As I told you, we did not interfere in any place to check for email problems. We had also tested the default theme and it also didn't work. It is not related to the theme and we are only the developers of the theme's display, not related to developing what you said. So, please contact the PS side for assistance.

Please backup all your site and let me know the homepage you want, then my coder will do it for you
