i solve it using open file wp-content/plugins/ovic-vc-addon/includes/params.php
and delete the popup from file

My coder checked and said that your way was incorrect.
You should not modify anything in the Theme or Plugins. Because Theme or Plugins will have updates from the Author. And when you update, your modification will be lost.
So, you can do something in Child theme. It will be safe for your site
