    Hi,

    - You should check the Footer you are using for your site. Negative to Theme Options (as the screenshot above) then go to Footer Builder, select Edit for that Footer Builder

    It is because you still don't config for plugin WPBakery Page Builder so your pages still cannot edit with shortcode.
