Hi,

My coder checked your site and he saw that your site was just the Multi site, not Multi vendor.
So if you want to have Multi Vendor, you have to use plugin to do this. And we support for 2 these plugins: marketstore and dokan
You can choose one of them to make your site to be the Multi Vendor
