Theme options don't affect pages

I have customized theme options as described in documentation: https://new-boutique.kutethemes.net/documentation/docs/theme-options/1-general-settings/1-1-general/
But pages have not been updated, the old logo is still displayed and the header and footer have not changed either. When I create a new page, I have to set all the options again using "Custom theme options" section at the bottom of the editor in wp-admin.
I would like to be able to configure the options once and all pages would update automatically. Even when I create a new page I would like it to automatically take the options already configured (logo, colors, header, footer etc.). That would be the most logical thing. But at the moment it doesn't work like that, I have to set the options individually for each page, it's absurd. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a bug?
I'm using Boutique Theme V. 2.1.2.1591870655 and Wordpress V 5.4.2
