Problems with template installation - KuteShop - Fashion, Electronics & Marketplace WooCommerce Theme (RTL Supported)

Good afternoon, 1.- I have performed the migration by deactivating and activating my previous template again, it does not allow it.
2.- I am having trouble installing the template as is the template in my eccomerce.
3.- Is it a multi-store? Because The stores they added don't show me.
I need your support. I would like them to provide support in case the installation cannot be carried out and what they need so they can support me and how long it would take to leave it installed on my domain.
