    Importing the demo data

    HI i am trying to import the design on my existing site, so that i have a new theme but when i import the theme it deleted my previos Products where as i want just to change the theme,use your Demo 8 on my new theme can you check why while importing the demo, it deletes my previos data?
    all i need is to get rid of my existing theme and have the new one i bought from you to be applied and use that
    i dont wana delete my pages, categories, and products

    Hi @christian68,

    Yeah, I see that you are using another theme. So when you import demo data, all your own contents, images, products will be lost.
    If we build each page for you, it will take a lot of time and we do not support for this job.
    You can do back up everything, I will install the theme and import demo data in your fresh WordPress then you can add back your products

    Do you think so?

    But it sould not be like this, i have seen other themes as well
    all i want that my existing products remain there, categories remain there and i just have a new theme installed with demo 8...
    installing new theme and having impoert the template must not effect existing data and its media
    last time i was using electro theme then i moved to chromium . now i want to move to this thats why i bought iy

    If you still want to install the theme and keep everything remaining on your site, please contact the Installation service. Because there are a lottttt of thing to do when import manually
