    Hello,
    maybe I accidentally deactivated the plugin which allows the user to choose the color of the products via swatches (see attachment).

    How can I get the same result on my site? For example here: https://www.laluceragusa.it/tutti-i-prodotti-la-luce/

    What is the plugin that manages the color swatches?

    So you have to wait for the update package version.
    We will update this bug onto the next version. But we will have many more bugs that need to update. We are not sure if you can continue updating the theme in the future because you modified and customized on the main theme.
    So, you should move all your changes into Child theme and backup all. It will be safe for you
