    Hi,

    You have provided two documents in your documentation which one I have to follow:

    Documentation 1.x
    Documentation 3.x

    I want to install demo 2.
    Kindly suggest.

    Which version of the theme did you download?

    You can provide me your admin + ftp account of your site. We will check then give you the correct answer

    I am asking that there are two folders and I want to install Demo 02 so which one I have to follow:

    Import data functionality is not working. Kindly install demo 02.

    This is mulitsite and i want to install ur demo 02 on http://petpallay.com/123/.

    Kindly fix it as import demo is not working.

    I think it is the reason that you could not install the theme

    It seems that you prevent from uploading a new plugin. I cannot install or upload any plugin for your site. I need to reset your entire site and will install the theme for you from scratch.

    Dear,
    I have tried around a lot of hours by following your documents but demo import does not work. I have tried all possible options.

    Error:
    "Sorry, there has been an error.
    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini."

    If you want to install fresh theme, you can create a new site like 'petpallay.com/789' by going to dashboard and you can continue as per your own process.
    I am totally stuck since last 4 days as your sample data import does not work. I have tried using petpallay.com/123 and petpallay.com/456

    I am providing you all access of my website and kindly enable your theme at petpallay.com/789.

    Kindly call me on whatsapp 00923464673180 if you stuck any where to complete this long delayed item.

    Seriously, I am not able to understand this support. I have provided everything related to my credentials, If you think there is some issue; you can fix it. If I know what is the issue and how to fix it, then why I will raise this ticket. But, you guys just wasting my time seriously......
