I can't import the demo content

while Importing Demo content, I uploaded content.xml file and clicked on upload file and import button. After Assign Authors session I selected all the fields (Refer the screenshot) and checked download and import file attachments and submitted. but I am getting "Error 404 Not Found" page. So please do the needful to import demo content.

Which version should I Upload in Appearance -> themes KuteShop Theme version 1.x or KuteShop Theme version 3.x.
I have downloaded and upload "Installable Wordpress file only" in themes. Please do the needful

I appreciate your efforts for a solution for us.
But I found the response time was so slow from your end. As my client pushing me on to show the demo content. i cant wait so long. its been more than 3 days and I can't find a solution from your side
I request you, could it be little faster?

or else I would go for a refund.
