    "Upload Files" Button on Dokan Vendor Dashboard Doesn't Show Up

    This is a bit complicated to explain so I'll try my best...

    Currently, I'm using the Dokan Pro plugin to create a multi-vendor website where people can sign up and sell different products on my website. The Dokan plugin gives you a vendor dashboard where vendors can upload their own products and set up their store. However, there is a problem when uploading pictures through the vendor dashboard. Whenever you try to upload new photos to a product, the "Upload Files" & "Media Library" tabs towards the top are in white so you can't see them. They look like they're invisible and this is confusing my vendors when they try to add a new photo to their products. Here's a picture of what I'm referring to: https://imgur.com/a/gEoJnNp

    I've also uploaded the images to this support ticket. I've tested other themes, and this is the only theme that this is doing this with. Is there any way someone can help fix this issue? This is a very important issue that needs to be fixed for me.

    I've installed the new update you gave me for Ocolus, but the problem is still there. Did I not upload the new theme correctly? I deleted the old Ocolus version and uploaded the new version, but the problem is still there.

    I should also mention that I have a child theme of the old version. Do I need to delete the child theme too? And do I need to uninstall the Ocolus panel?

    If you are talking about the Dokan Vendor Dashboard, I think you should provide the account for this dashboard also.
    With this account of your admin site, I see that the "Upload Files" Button shows correctly.

    FTP account is the one that we can check your code. It will include some folders like wp-admin, wp-content,...

    Yes I'm talking about the Dokan Vendor Dashboard. I contacted them and they said it's a theme problem and I did confirm it because I don't have this problem on any other theme. I've attached my Dokan Vendor Dashboard login info to this message.

    Did I update it wrong? What are the proper steps to update a theme again? Just to make sure I didn't mess it up.

    I think I just deleted the old version of the theme and installed the new version.

    According to your change log (https://ocolus.kutethemes.net/changelog.txt), you updated the ocolus theme to 1.1.9 on April 7th 2020. This is the same version you just gave me so I think you gave me the wrong version.

    I have checked again and I am sure that I provided you the correct package.
    We still do not raise the version for the theme so the changelog you see is the old one. We updated the problem with Dokan in the new version of the theme already (the one I provided you) When we release the new version on Themeforest, it will be 1.1.10, for example.

    So please update the package I shared with you. It solved your problem

    On the file you sent me, it says 1.1.9. I already uploaded that file, but the problem is still there.

    Yeah I think you sent me the wrong package/file. I've tried reinstalling the new .zip folder you sent three times now and the problem still is there.

    I just checked and I figured out that the problem is only fixed on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The problem is still there on Firefox and Safari. This is unacceptable. I need this problem to be fixed on all web browsers ASAP. I've been waiting over 6 months trying to edit my website with all these small problems. This stuff should have been fixed before the release of the theme.

    There is also another error I discovered of this Ocolus theme. On the same page where a vendor uploads his product images, there is a glitch in the popup that appears. The Product Category and Product Tags dropdown menu glitches through the popup. This also needs to be fixed ASAP. I've attached an image showing the glitch.

    Okay I cleared my cache and it seems to be working now. Thanks for the help. However, I'm still having a problem regarding the product category and product tags dropdown menus glitching through the upload media popup. I've attached the screenshot of what I'm talking about to this message.

    Do you see where it says "Select Product Category" and "Select product tags"? Those shouldn't be appearing over the popup. I need your coder to fix this. I've circled the problem in the screenshot you took.
