    Hello!

    I have all sorts of problems with using this theme.
    First I had a footer problem, and that was solved.

    AI did not had a time to work on the website, and today a realized there is also a problem with the media gallery which is not showing images

    List of problems:
    1. Home 14 page version is broken
    2. Images are not showing in the media gallery
    3. Woocomerce cannot be disabled without breaking the site

    If you cannot fix those problems i would like to request a refund, and move to another theme.

    Also, the documentation does not match the actual installation/setup process - its useless

    I have tried to install the theme according to the Document, and I still do it. Pls refer this video to see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VI359lC4w50&feature=youtu.be

    Pls provide me the correct admin account, and your ftp account then I will check for you.

    Homepage 14 is the new design we designed for this theme. So in order to import homepage 14, you have to install the theme from the beginning.
    So if your site does not have any your own data, content, you can download the latest version of the theme and install the theme from scratch then you will get the Homepage 14. Do you want me to install the theme again for you? Do you need to backup something? If not, I will reset your whole site and install again the theme for you
