    No puedo instalar los datos de demostración, y figura que el plugin no está probado en mi versión de wordpress.

    It may be one of the reasons that you cannot install the theme successfully. Pls make sure that your hosting is good first. After you solve the problem with hosting, pls provide me your ftp account also then I will check for you

    I have tested installing again the theme and I still install it successfully. I haven't ever checked in your site so I think your refund request will not able to be accepted. If we cannot reach into your accounts, I will check via Teamviewer for you. This is the unique way to help you solve this problem. Pls think about it then let me know
