    Good afternoon,

    We have tried to install your theme, but we have problems. We have upload the folder of the module labpopupnewsletter, but then this error appears: "No se pudo instalar módulo labpopupnewsletter. El módulo no es válido y no se puede cargar."

    Our Prestashop version is 1.7.6.5. Thank you very much.

    I do not know what you mean when you say to activate the theme. We can not active the theme because we have not been able to install it. What I have done again has been introduce my purchase code for this support.

    About the FTP acceses, I have checked them and the work correctly. Maybe you have added a blank space without realizing it.

    Please, solve me this issue and tell me if there is someting more I can do. Thank you very much.
