"Filter By" Message Not Going Away on Shop Page

When you go to the "Shop" page on my website (https://purevisionaries.com/shop/) there is a "Filter by" message that is not going away even though I have no filters on. I contacted Wordpress support about this, and here's what they said: "adding that product filter option

if you deactivate the Ocolus Toolkit the bar goes away"
They gave me CSS code to cover up the message, but they told me to contact you in order to remove the message.
