    Add another icon in header

    How do I add an extra icon next to the cart and search icon (header 17), i had a look around the menus and widgets but couldnt see anything.

    I dont need you to go in and do it for me but if you could point me in the right direction that would be great.

    My coder needs to know the type of icons you will add to this position. Also, the functions of those icons.
    And, this will belong to the customize job. We do not support for this

    Am i able to edit the header17 template without having it being overridden when the theme updates?

    The theme does not have section to edit header. We styled header based on the default design. So when you want to change as your idea, it belongs to customize job. And when you customize, all your changing will be overwritten when you update theme

    So i can pay you to customize it but then never be able to update the theme again?

    If you have anything that was customized, you should backup the code. When you finish updating the theme to the latest version, you can add back the backup code you did before.

    However, in case we update something that matches what you customized, then you should not update theme in the future. Of course, yours will be lost
