    Theme not working

    We purchased the BioLife theme, but when installing, it's not working as intended. The documentation does not match the user-interface also so we are having lots of issues trying to resolve these issues.

    -The sliders are not working

    -The mega menu is not showing properly

    -The footer selection is blank and is just hardcoded to "Kutethemes"

    Can you please fix this since we paid a lot to get a functioning theme.

    We would like to request for a refund for our purhase. The theme also broke another plug-in we use for fractional quantities.
    We have not deactivated your theme since it broke functionality, had outdated documentation that did not allow us to set it up, and was broken (as mentioned above).

    Please process a refund for our purchase.

    Theme is still working well in demo site and in many other clients' sites. So pls provide me again your admin account, help me to take the screenshots for your issues then I will check one by one for you

    Listen, we did not purchase the theme with the expectation that we need assistance with everything since the theme does not work out of the box on multiple fronts (as per my previous message) and the documentation is outdated.

    We paid lots with the expectation that it is high quality work, enabling us to move forward fast.

    We have since then moved to use another theme which works as intended and comes with updated documentation. We had to make this decision since there were too many issues and the documentation does not match reality. It would have been too much in risk for our business to rely on a theme where we have to depend on you personally logging into our environment to fix things which in itself is also a security risk.

    Please process a refund for the purchase since your work unfortunately does not match up to quality standards of other themes which are also priced lower than this theme. You can clearly browse to our domain and see we are not using your theme any longer. Other authors also provide a money back guarantee if not satisfied. Appreciate if you cooperate.

    I know your feeling when you cannot install the theme. However, it lays on some different reason. Maybe because of your networking, hosting / server, ...
    We still cannot check the problems that occur on your site so we cannot give you the correct answer and help you solve it. If the theme cannot work and we cannot solve it, your refund request will be accepted. Thanks for your understanding!
