Hi,

If you have cPanel account, it would be better. Your hosting is really hard to import demo data.
Something to config if we have your cPanel account.

It takes a long time to access to your hosting. Even your admin site, it keeps loading :( So it is quite hard to import

also the wordpress was from right side(Arabic copy ) not from left can you correct this before start install the demos

My coder said that you should contact to your dev hosting manager. Because every time when we install the theme / upload theme, ... your hosting asks for re-install the WP. It means that you have trouble with hosting. We still do not install or import demo data for you yet so it is not the problem related to the theme.
