    Footer Content Missing Completely

    My footer content is completely missing. It is just showing a hardcoded text

    "Copyright © 2018 BioLife. All rights reserved". Please help me get back the footer content at the earliest. The site is live now and it is very critical.

    FYI: we are using the "Footer 4" template.

    I was able to pinpoint the issue in my case, I updated the ovic-toolkit today to latest version 1.5.1. I deduce that the footer stopped working after this. As a fix, I went back and installed the ovic-toolkit plugin I got within the theme package (v1.4.2). Footer issue is fixed. Now the required version notice is shown on the dashboard.

    When I try to update it to the least required version 1.5.0 it throws me an error that un-authorized. (Attached screenshot) Can you provide the plugin version 1.5.0 so I can install manually? Also, can you please check this issue with the latest update? (v1.5.1)

    I was able to download the plugin form the link in the image manually. Bu however as soon as I install the plugin the footer is gone back to the one-liner text. "Copyright © 2018 BioLife. All rights reserved"

    So will you be able to check and fix this or do you suggest I revert back to v1.4.2?

    Yes the problem about missing Footer when updating Toolkit occur on some other clients' sites.
    I am asking for coder to check again. Thank you so much for letting me know

    I had to revert back to ovic-toolkit v1.4.2 as my site is live. If you are telling me your coder has fixed the issue then please confirm the same then I will update the version to v1.5.1 and check.

    You are using Footer Builder 04, and it still can be edited: https://prnt.sc/s9yyks
    So what do you want to add back? Pls help me to take the screenshots then I will check for you

    I have reverted the ovic-toolkit to version 1.4.2. New version breaks the footer. I do not want to change anything in the footer but it stops working with new version.

    So just go ahead to update Toolkit to the latest version.
    If there is any problem with Footer again, you can do as this guideline:
    Remove this line: https://prnt.sc/sb0d1l in file functions.php
    Because it is the error in code so we will update for demo theme later.
