Cart not updating when using plugins such as Woocommerce One Page Checkout or Rapid Order for Woocommerce

Hi there.
I have inserted a couple of woocommerce plugins which have worked on all other themes that I have worked on. These plugins include Woocommerce One Page checkout and Rapid Ordering for Woocommerce. The issue is that that the woocommerce quantity buttons do not work and when you add or subtract an item with these buttons they dont update the cart. I am sure there is an easy straight forward fix to this and would appreciate your support. Thank you.
