    Unable to Import Demo Data

    Hi,

    I am unable to import demo files and the applied theme looks broken. Our site setup is new. Due to this issue, I am unable to proceed further. I need to get this sorted so I can proceed further with my next tasks. Can you please help me with fixing this error?

    I am currently focusing on applying Home 4 theme layout for the site. Also, have a question will I be able to switch to a different home layout at a later time or will it take a new demo data import to do that?

    I have provided the FTP and other details as per instructions.

    Hi,

    I guess that your import demo data process was not completed. Then you imported your own products, the data did not show correctly

    So, I would like to help you install again this theme properly, then you can add your own content. If that, please backup all your content, data, products, posts, images, pages, .... Because I will reset your whole site and import demo data from the scratch. Your data will be lost
    Pls let me know your intention then I will give you the correct support

    One more question. When I change the reading view the home page layout gets updated but the colour scheme kind of remains the same. How to apply the exact same look and feel of demo layout?

    (When I chose the homepage for you, I also had to change to another color)
